If you choose to purchase a homeowners policy through this brokerage, a broker fee of:

$175.00 Broker Fee

will be charged directly to you, separate from and in addition to the insurance premium. This fee is due at policy placement and is earned for brokerage services including market research, quote comparison, and policy placement.

Disclosed per California Insurance Code § 1760 et seq. No fee is owed if you choose not to proceed.

I understand Nobleza Insurance Services will receive both carrier commission and a separate $175 broker fee paid by me if I purchase a policy.
I understand the $175 fee is due at policy placement and is non-refundable once the policy is bound.
